America Guider’s Terms & Conditions
America Guider requires users to be adults (18+) with active accounts, complying with Commerce Policies and Community Standards. Service Providers are responsible for taxes and the accuracy of service conditions.
Key Terms & Policies:
- Eligibility: Must be an adult (e.g., 18+ in the US) in a supported host city of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
- Prohibited Items: Drugs, tobacco, alcohol, firearms, medical/healthcare products, and adult items are prohibited.
- Serice Provider’s Responsibility: You are the service provider of record, responsible for complying with all laws, including taxes
- Listings & Accuracy: Descriptions must match images; services must accurately reflect their condition.
- Delivery & Payments: Service Providers must provide prompt scheduled service delivery in a coureous manner.
- Fees & Chargebacks: America Guider charges a 20% commission fee, and service providers are responsible for the one-time payment registration fee of $200.00.
- Content Restrictions: No false, misleading, or deceptive listings.
Prohibited Content & Actions
- Intellectual Property: Selling counterfeit or pirated goods is prohibited.
- Automated Access: Using bots or scripts to scrape data is forbidden.
- Service Restrictions: Services are generally not allowed, except for specific categories of services.
Consequences of Violations
- Listings may be removed.
- Access to America Guider may be suspended or terminated.
